Hi! My name is Katherine Dowlearn and this is my resume website. I am a senior at Texas State University and will be graduating May 2017. I am 22 and have been studying Journalism and Mass Communication. I am from Houston, Texas and someday I either plan on staying in the Austin area or moving out of state for a little while.

Currently I work at a restuarant called Russell's Bistro and I am also working at a smoothie/acai cafe called Blenders and Bowls. Recently, I received an internship this past summer at a company located in Austin called AMS Pictures. I interned all summer doing the social media platform for the company. I have always loved being in a major that requires me to do social media and public interest and writing. I have always been passionate about these things and I cannot wait to turn into a real career.

Since I was 16 years old, I have worked in restaurants realizing that, that environment was the work environment I loved to be in. Hopefully, when my career begins, I will be doing marketing/running a social media food account. Whether that is from my travels or working in a restaurant, I would love find a job in that field.
